The Dell laptop repair service provided at Creative IT includes repair of LCD screen, virus and spyware removal, removal of passwords, installation and maintenance of operating systems, repair of keyboard, solving software issues and replacement of damaged laptop batteries. Damaged parts are replaced with new genuine parts of Dell. Spare parts of majority of the brands are available at Creative IT.
Our repair process starts with a full diagnosis of the laptop. After diagnosis, clients are informed about the condition of the laptop and the estimated charge for repairing it. Once the client's approval is received, the repair begins.

Laptops can be sent using Colissimo ou Chronopost postal services to Creative IT, 24 Rue du Bon Repos, 04100 Manosque. Alternatively, you can use our partner courier company UPS to organise a collection by calling them on 0821 233 877.
Alternatively, you can book an appointment to bring your Dell laptop to our repair centre in Aix en Provence and speak to one of our technicians. Our office is open from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm without appointment for drop offs.
